Out In The Fields (OITF) is built on core values that include Integrity, leadership by example, integrity, honesty, and transparency. The company offers four core services (1) Cleaning Services (2) Property Management (3) Business Startup, and (4) Business Networking (monthly Meet-ups and Annual Conferences). The company currently provides cleaning services to several companies including almost 52 Air BnB units in the Virginia, Maryland, and DC areas. We currently manage several short-term rentals, leased commercial properties, vacant properties, and single homes/units.
