OITF currently provides expert cleaning services across the Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. areas, managing the cleaning and turnover for over 50 Short-Term Rental (STR) properties, as well as providing dedicated facility maintenance for the Patient First medical center in Capitol Heights, Maryland, alongside specialized pre-sale and move-in/move-out services. 

Furthermore, the company's commitment to excellence is demonstrated by the owner's continued professional development within the industry, which includes the recent completion of the rigorous Turner School of Construction and Management and the Prince George's Chamber of Commerce Equity & Procurement Program.
